There is no competition nor ego encouraged – everyone works at their own pace. Discover the new concept, and laugh, fly and float in your AntiGravity® Hammock which acts as a soft trapeze and as a support while you master simple inversions and finally progress to more advanced poses.
Designed for comfort and flexibility, we require a mandatory dress code of t-shirt, socks, non-slip yoga style pants (free from zippers and studs), minimal makeup, no jewelry and no strong perfume. Fly, Strengthen + Stretch till your heart’s content!
In addition to decompressing the spine, AntiGravity Fitness can help to increase strength and flexibility, as well as bring you greater awareness of your body. After an hour of swinging back and forth, flipping upside down and pushing your body in a whole new way, it’s hard not to leave the class with a big smile on your face. You walk out of it, and you just feel good! So don’t be surprised if you get hooked on the hammock. (Some people will not be eligible – please check with our team).

AntiGravity Yoga (Intermediate / Advanced)
Enjoy the benefits of yoga without the compression, as the hammock guides your body into the deepest poses and stretches. A twist on your standard yoga practice, with strength based movements and challenging routines providing an effective, fulfilling and calming outcome.
Clean, dry t-shirt or long sleeves and socks, MUST be worn. 3/4 or full length pants (prefer cotton based). No jewellery or perfume. Light makeup.
There are a number of medical conditions that need to be discussed with your doctor and instructor – Pregnancy, glaucoma, recent surgery (esp. shoulder, eyes, back, hips, hands or wrist), heart disease, very high or low blood pressure, easy onset vertigo, osteoporosis / bone weakness, recent head injury, cerebral sclerosis, propensity for fainting, carpal tunnel syndrome, severe arthritis, sinusitis or head cold, hiatal hernia, disc herniation or acute discogenic disease, recent stroke, artificial hips, radiculitis (inflammation of nerve root in spine), severe muscle spasms and botox injections (within 6 hours)
Of course! You did the very best you can do. However for maximum benefit and to feel the most confident we suggest at least 3 classes to become comfortable and have correct form

AntiGravity classes can be altered for pregnant women, however we do recommend you seeing your GP and speaking to an instructor before commencing.
You must complete 3 Beginner classes before advancing to Intermediate/Advanced classes.
YES. All guests need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class for set up. We do not allow entry after class start.
Depending on your body composition and the amount of energy you put into your class, you should burn an average of 400-500 during AntiGravity Fitness.
