Let’s talk about our fitness. As obsessed as we are about cycling, when people perform the same exercises repeatedly, they become easier over time. In fact, the body’s nervous system, muscles, and other physiological systems can adapt to a workout routine in as little as six to eight weeks. Eventually, a plateau will come. ENTER sweat diversification aka InspireCycle’s combo classes!

To maintain a healthy and challenging exercise regimen, it’s important to diversify your workouts with a variety of activities. By covering the 5 elements of fitness below, you can be sure to reach new goals, and keep your body guessing!

  1. Strength Training (aka CycleBarre and CycleBooty)
    • CycleBarre – The best of both worlds (sculpting and cardio). A combination of our 30 minute cycle and 30 minute toning and tightening barre. Our barre classes keep your heart rate elevated while burning fat and building lean muscle mass. Pure results and pure adrenalin pumping fun.
    • CycleBooty – CycleBooty compliments our signature Inspire30 ride with a 30 minute muscle burning class that combines pilates based movements using booty bands and ankle weights to give you a perky and peachy booty!
  2. Core Exercises (aka CycleCore)
    • CycleCore – CycleCore is a combination of an Inspire30 ride and an intensive core workout. You will improve your mobility, spine strength, posture + most importantly, you will improve the appearance of your abdominals by increasing lean muscle mass and burning body fat.
  3. Balance training (aka CycleBarre)
    • CycleBarre – The best of both worlds (sculpting and cardio). A combination of our 30 minute cycle and 30 minute toning and tightening barre. Our barre classes keep your heart rate elevated while burning fat and building lean muscle mass. Pure results and pure adrenalin pumping fun.
  4. Stretching (aka CycleStretch)
    • CycleStretch – CycleStretch is a combination of an Inspire 30 ride and a crucial stretch class. You will develop your mind to body connection, flexibility, mobility and your ability to recover. With CycleStretch you will receive a fast paced, calorie burning workout followed by a slow paced, muscle control session restoring the body.
  5. Cardio
    • Endurance (aka Inspire60 and Inspire90)
      • Inspire60 – It’s amazing what an hour-ride can do! Our signature ride with bonus weight tracks to feel the burn, sweaty sprints and hill climbs to challenge you and burn big calories!
      • Inspire90 – For our devoted riders who want to double up. This 90 minute class is designed to power you featuring high-intensity training, races and extended weights tracks. We recommend that riders have experience with Inspire 45 or Inspire 60 before taking Inspire 90.
    • HIIT (aka Inspire30)
      • Inspire30 – Love to sweat, but short on time? All the amazing benefits of our 45 minute workout, but condensed into an intensive 30 minute session.
    • Aerobic Goodness (aka Inspire45)
      • Inspire45 – The InspireCycle experience is built on a solid 45 minute cardio full body workout on a bike. Weighted sectors are combined with calorie burning intervals and sports specific movements, that not only sculpt your upper body, but build stamina and strength. Be cocooned in a dark, candlelit studio with pumping music ranging from hip hop to throwbacks to current hits and artist battles. Burn 500 to 800 calories in no time and have fun doing it.
