Do you offer private classes or weight/nutrition management plans?

Will I be successful after my first class at Inspire?

Of course! You did the very best you can do. However for maximum benefit and to feel the most confident we suggest at least 3 classes to become comfortable and have correct form.

What facilities are available at InspireCycle?

We have full bathroom facilities including showers, toilets, beauty station and waiting areas.

This is my first class, should I arrive early?

YES. All guests need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class for set up. We do not allow entry after class start.

How much does it cost?

Each standard class is $24 per person. Cycle + CycleBarre includes complimentary SPD shoe hire, and fresh towels.

DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO A LONG TERM MEMBERSHIP?

No, we have a variety of packages to choose from, ranging from single ride to 3-6 month memberships—no hidden costs or lock in contracts.

I’VE NEVER DONE A CLASS LIKE THIS BEFORE, WILL THIS BE A PROBLEM?

Not at all. Our Team members will ensure you are ready, able and eager to enjoy your very first class, regardless of experience.

ARE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ANY AGE?

To ensure safe use of the facilities, riders need to be at least 12 years of age and 4’11 inches tall. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian will need to authorise your attendance by signing a waiver.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT BEFORE TAKING A CLASS?

You can work at your own pace and gradually increase your fitness and endurance levels over time. Getting physically fitter, healthier and more mentally resilient is all part of this rewarding journey. If you have any specific health concerns though, please discuss them with your doctor before attending, and alert the instructor to your circumstances.

WHY DO I NEED CLEATED SHOES?

Cleated shoes are essential for getting the most out of your ride. These shoes increase the connection between your legs and the bike, allowing you to spend more time out of the saddle, burning more calories!

I’M A FIRST TIME RIDER, SHOULD I ARRIVE EARLY TO SET UP MY BIKE?

It is essential that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to your first ride. You’ll be met by one of our team, who will show you how to adjust your bike and explain the format of the class.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK?

Bookings open every Monday and can be made a week in advance.

HOW MANY CALORIES ARE BURNED DURING A CLASS?

Depending on your body composition and the amount of energy you put into your ride, you should burn an average of 500-700 calories during a 45 minute cycle ride and 400-600 during a CycleBarre class.

I AM PREGNANT CAN I RIDE?

We recommend seeking advice regarding Cycle/CycleBarre classes from your GP, however we do have pregnant women complete cycling classes.

DO YOU HAVE CHILD CARE?

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for childcare.

What does InspireCycle supply for my workout?

Complimentary towels are available for your comfort both in studio and in our shower facilities.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Our location is in the heart of urban Teneriffe, which means we cannot cater for onsite parking.

Convenient options include:

  • Parking at Gasworks at 76 Skyring Tce (350m from our door)
  • Parking at Emporium in the Valley (400m from our door)
  • Metered parking nearby in Newstead/New Farm (with plenty of spaces in the early morning)
  • Four major carparks within a 10 minute walk:

    • Wilson Parking 26 Reddacliffe St Newstead (450m from our door)
    • Secure Parking have three major carparks – Chinatown, McWhirters, and Valley Metro.
  • Very Limited parking available at InspireCycle
Walking or riding in is another option – start the workout early!
