Do you have lockers?
We have lockers with keys available for all our clients, free of charge.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring yourself, water bottle and some socks if you're riding! If you're boxing, be sure to bring some wraps or inners, or you can buy some at the studio!
If you have purchased a student package, please bring your Student ID.
What do you provide?
We provide towels, shoes, boxing gloves, lockers, GHD's, blow dryers, deodorant, hair products and much more! We have everything you need to get ready for your day (or night)!
If you plan to wear gloves provided by InspireBox, you must have your own pair of wraps or glove inners. Quick wraps can be purchased at reception before your class for $20. Or please feel free to bring your own gloves or wraps.
Do you have child care?
Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for childcare.
Where do I park?
Our location is in the heart of a residential/commercial area, which means you need to allow extra time for parking.
Teneriffe offers on street parking, very limited onsite parking, and recommendation to park at Gasworks Plaza which is 350m from our door
Walking or riding in is another option – start the workout early!
Should I arrive early to my first class?
Yes! Please arrive 15 minutes early so that our friendly staff can show you around and get you all set up for your first workout!

If you are late to your first class, you will not be able to participate.
Do you have a late starter policy?
We sure do! At InspireCycle, we want to ensure you are safe and have the best experience possible. Therefore, any new clients will not be allowed into class after the start time.
Our regular clients are allowed into class up to 5 minutes late if they feel confident with their bike/boxing setup.
Do all your classes go for 45 minutes?
Most of our classes are 45 minutes long - this is our signature workout! However, we do run 60 minute, and the occassional 90 minute classes for our #InspireArmy members who want a little EXTRA.

I've never done a class like this before - will I be okay?
Of course! All of our classes are suitable for beginners to partcipate in. You get out of class what you put in - if you do the best you can do, you will have a great workout!
You can work at your own pace and gradually increase your fitness and endurance levels over time. Getting physically fitter, healthier and more mentally resilient is all part of this rewarding journey. If you have any specific health concerns though, please discuss them with your doctor before attending, and alert the instructor to your circumstances. There are classes we prefer New Guests not try out – please ask reception for more information.
We recommend taking up our
New Guest Introductory Offer so you can find your groove, try out a few instructors, and maybe even a theme ride! This will give you the full Inspire experience, and we know you will love it as much as we do!
Are there any restrictions to class participation?
Riders must be at least 12 years of age, and 4'11". For any riders under 18, a parent or guardian will need to sign a liability waiver on their behalf.
What kind of cleats do you use?
We use SPD cleats.
Cleated shoes are essential for getting the most out of your ride. These shoes increase the connection between your legs and the bike, allowing you to spend more time out of the saddle, burning more calories!
How many calories will I burn during my workout?
InspireCycle don't have metrics to count calories, however riders can do this personally using heart rate monitors or smart watches.
Depending on your body composition and the amount of energy you put into your ride, you should burn an average of 500-700 calories during a 45 minute class.
Can I ride while pregnant?
We recommend seeking advice regarding classes from your GP, however we do have pregnant women complete cycling classes up until full term as it is low impact on the joints.
How far in advance can I book my class?
Our booking window opens 7 days in advance.
Special events and charity rides open 30 days in advance.
Do you offer private or corporate classes?
We sure do! We have previously hosted team rides, hens parties and more.

Do I need an account to book?
Yes! For safety reasons, we do require you have an account prior to participating in class.
Can I book my bike in advance?
You sure can!
To pre-book a specific bike, download our InspireCycle App from the App Store or Google Play. Unfortunately the website and third party booking systems do not have this functionality.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is 8 hours prior to class time.
For single class or pack buyers, the class credit will be deducted from your account.
Members who cancel within the late cancellation window will be automatically charged a $10 late cancellation or no show fee.
To avoid these charge, please cancel in advance where possible or contact the studio directly.
What happens if I don't show up?
Casual or pack riders will lose the class from their account.
Members will be automatically charged a $10 "no show" fee.

I am booking through ClassPass - what T&C's apply?
For ClassPass riders (as a third party provider), all account details, bookings, cancellations and payments need to be managed directly through ClassPass.
We are not able to cancel any ClassPass riders or change your booked classes.

Are there T&C's attached to purchases?

How long do I have to use my pack?
Packs vary in expiry times.
Class Packs (from date of purchase)
- 5 class pack: 1 month
- 10 class pack: 3 months
- 20 class pack: 6 months
- 30 class pack: 6 months
- 50 class pack: 12 months
New Guest Offer: 1 month from the date of your first class
One Month Membership: 1 Month from the date of your first class
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only processed when no classes have been used on the membership or pack.
We generally do not refund purchases unless within 7 days of purchase and no classes have been used.
