I’m originally from the US and started teaching spin in 2021, which has taken me on a journey of connection and community all around the world. As someone who loves movement in all forms, I’ve created homes away from home in Barcelona, LA, and Hawaii, and now I’ve found myself chasing the sunshine all the way to Australia. I’m happiest when I’m outside, and bonus points if I have a matcha, a book, or some vanilla soft serve in hand. My classes are hype, unfiltered, and gritty - expect good music, hard work, and lots of laughs.
