STRENGTH COACH

You'll coach group classes and one-to-one sessions focused on strength, conditioning and functional movement. You'll work with clients of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters, and help each one train safely, build confidence and reach their goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead small-group strength classes and personal training sessions Teach and correct technique in key lifts and movement patterns Design progressive training programmes tailored to each client's goals and level Adapt sessions for injuries, mobility limits and different fitness levels Track client progress and keep them motivated Keep the training area and equipment clean, safe and organised WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A recognised fitness or coaching qualification ([e.g. Level 3 Personal Trainer, NSCA-CSCS, a degree in Sports Science, or equivalent]) At least [1–2] years of coaching experience Strong knowledge of strength training, programming and safe technique Excellent communication skills and a warm, positive attitude Availability for [mornings / evenings / weekends] WHAT WE OFFER [Competitive pay per session / salary] Flexible schedule Free classes at the studio Ongoing training and development A supportive, friendly team HOW TO APPLY Send your CV and a short note about your coaching approach to [email address], with "Strength Coach" in the subject line.

PILATES COACH

You'll lead Mat Pilates classes for clients of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. You'll create a welcoming, motivating environment where every client gets attention and leaves feeling their best. WHAT YOU'LL DO Teach group classes and private sessions ([Mat / Reformer / Tower]) Adapt exercises for different levels, injuries and needs Give clear cues and hands-on corrections where appropriate Plan varied, well-structured class programmes Build lasting relationships with clients and help grow our community Keep the studio and equipment clean, safe and organised WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A recognised Pilates teaching qualification ([e.g. STOTT, BASI, Polestar, or equivalent]) At least [1–2] years of teaching experience (newly qualified coaches with great energy are welcome to apply) Excellent communication skills and a warm, positive attitude Availability for [mornings / evenings / weekends] [Valid first aid certificate] WHAT WE OFFER [Competitive pay per class / salary] Flexible schedule Free classes at the studio Ongoing training and development A supportive, friendly team HOW TO APPLY Send your CV and a short note about your teaching style to [email address], with "Pilates Coach" in the subject line.
