"Welcome to Inspire. We know it’s intimidating walking into a new space. When we created Inspire we wanted to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe and part of a community that will encourage you to develop the best version of yourself. We hope to be the best part of your day, and most of all, we hope you'll be inspired."



THE NEED TO KNOW
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear any activewear that makes you feel like moving, and most importantly, that you feel comfortable in! We recommend leggings or shorts made for high intensity exercise and getting sweaty (Lululemon and Nimble are our favourites!)
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a sweat towel and a water bottle. For cycle, you'll just need socks (we'll provide the shoes) and for boxing, you'll need wraps (we'll provide the gloves). Our bathrooms are fully equipped with bath towels, hair dryers, GHD's and everything you'll need for the day.
ARRIVING FOR CLASS #1
Arrive at the studio 15 minutes early for your first class (allow extra time for parking!) Our friendly Front of House team will show you around the studio, get your waiver signed, and get you all set up for your class. Your Instructor will take it from there!
