GET TO KNOW YOUR INSTRUCTORS
From checking you in at the desk to riding podium, this girl does it all. Cassie has been a rider with Inspire since she was just 15 years old (truly!) and now over 500 classes later, we’re so excited to officially welcome her to the InspireCycle instructor team!
TLDR: Come to Cassie's free Community Ride
Sunday 31 May at 8.00am. Consider your Sunday morning plans sorted!

Tell us a bit about your fitness background and how you found us here at Inspire!
To be honest Inspire actually IS my fitness background! All through school I always loved exercise but I was at a kind of awkward age where I didn’t know how to get into it and I wasn’t made for sports. One Friday afternoon, my friend (shoutout to Soph Kurowski) brought me along to Inspire because she thought I would love it - she was right. From that point on, I came religiously and tried out all different times, instructors and classes. Fast forward, and now fitness is becoming my life, studying Exercise Physiology at Uni and now instructing. I’m super excited to continue my Inspire journey from client to receptionist to instructor!
What’s one thing we might be surprised to learn about you?
I may be able to dance on a bike, but I am one of the least athletic people you will meet. I have ZERO hand-eye coordination when it comes to catching a ball (literally always results in injury) and I probably couldn’t run to save my life.
What can we expect from a ✨ Cassie class ✨?
Playlists with good vibes only. I want everyone to be having a good time and growing in confidence on (and off!) the bike. I love to see everyone pushing themselves whether that’s holding an extra 2 seconds out of the saddle in a sprint, or adding a couple more turns on their dial in a heavy climb!
What inspires you?
People showing up and getting through things together. I love when I’m on reception and see a group of friends catching up before or after a 5:30am class - it made me realise how many hours we have in a day and all the things we're capable of. Whether you show up with friends or by yourself, everyone comes for the same reason which is so motivating.
What do you love about CYCLE?
I have never been able to find anything else like it. It’s such a fun way to get your workout in for the day, and you’re just having fun listening to music on a bike.
Best piece of advice you’ve received on your fitness journey?
Do what feels good for you, have fun and don’t be too hard on yourself!
AND A FEW LITTLE EXTRAS...
Outside of Inspire, we will find you...
Most of the time you will probably find me at Uni... BUT if not you will find me with my friends on a coffee date! Or at home in bed with my nightly cup of tea (this is my happy place).
Favourite time of day to work out?
It honestly depends on the day so I just fit it in whenever I can. Both morning or afternoon are such good bookends to the day!
Climb or sprint?
I love both but you can never go wrong with a climb.
A goal for 2026?
I’m trying to learn to cook so I stop buying every meal out. I am a SHOCKER for buying food out and I’m quite a bad cook, but I would say this goal is a success so far!!
Go-to artist
I can’t choose just one haha. Any of the divas like Rihanna, Charli, SZA, Britney... the list just goes on.
Guilty pleasure
Musicals. Except there is minimal guilt
We can't wait to ride with Cassie!
