WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT INSPIRECYCLE

OUR INSTRUCTORS SHARE THIER FAVOURITE THINGS ABOUT INSPIRECYCLE

For some of us, the cycle room is the burst of energy we need in the morning. For others, it's about de-stressing after a long day. For our Inspire instructors, it encompasses so many things that help us be the best version of ourselves.

This is what our instructors love about cycle.

THE COMUNITY

Our community at Inspire is what we believe makes every class so special. It's the before-class check-ins and post-class chats that keep us connected and united.

THE ENERGY

You could go to class after the worst day, and you already know you will leave feeling like a million bucks. The energy that our community brings is incredible… every… single… time!

THE MUSIC

As Scotty says, exploring different forms of music brings out a different version of ourselves. It doesn't matter if you're a pop princess, after one of Scotty's classes, you'll have at least become a pop punk queen.

I mean, who would have ever thought a country music theme ride was the most fun we could have…not us!

THE PEOPLE

Ari said it best, our Inspire clients are definitely some of our favourite people. Not everybody is willing to push themselves to get up at 5am every morning to dance on a bike alongside 40 other people!

Even if it's just a look at the person who always sits next to you during the 5:30 a.m. class, the people you meet at Inspire will be the ones who help you get through those difficult early morning classes (especially with winter coming)!

THE SUPPORT

We’re there for each other, whether to grind through that hour of power or to encourage each other every Sunday morning (when we turn up for class extremely hungover).... and we wouldn't have it any other way!

“Everybody is so supportive here. Everybody is so happy to come in and see you, to say hi.”
