GET TO KNOW YOUR INSTRUCTORS

With years of international teaching experience, we are SO excited to have Kiwi join the InspireCycle Instructor team. Kiwi has trained with some of our industry's finest at studios all around the world, so you know her classes will always be a good time!

TLDR: Book in. Ride with Kiwi.

Find her on the schedule now.

Tell us a bit about your fitness background and how you found us here at Inspire!

My fitness journey started about 15 years ago when I became a member at Orangetheory Fitness and started coaching there in 2020. At the same time, I got really into yoga and also started teaching reformer Pilates back in Shanghai.

I found indoor cycling two years ago and it opened up a whole new world for me. I was luck to train under Queenie and Nick at Flowcycle, and began instructing in 2025. It’s not just about fitness anymore; it’s about the connection to the music and how it makes me feel.

What’s one thing we might be surprised to learn about you?

I may own the stage, but I can actually be quite shy!

What can we expect from a ✨ Kiwi class ✨?

I aim to create a journey for my riders. I want you to get lost in the rhythm and the choreography. My classes are a balance — knowing when to push through, and when to be soft and vulnerable enough to sit with your own feelings.

What inspires you?

I’m inspired by how people from all different cultures can come together and connect through fitness and music.

What do you love about CYCLE?

The cycle room is immersive. It’s a space where riders can take exactly what they need. Every instructor brings their own taste in music and movement, while still delivering an effective and enjoyable ride. Riders come back because they feel strong and a sense of belonging.

Best piece of advice you’ve received on your fitness journey?

We break down during training — and come back stronger after recovery.

AND A FEW LITTLE EXTRAS...

Outside of Inspire, we will find you...

Doing yoga, running, or preparing for another Hyrox race.

Favourite time of day to work out?

Morning. I love getting the hardest thing done before the day even really starts.

Climb or sprint?

Most of the time, climb - because I can slow down and really feel it. But definitely love a sprint with a sexy drop.

A goal for 2026?

I have two: Craft a ride that feels like a journey for all of us at Inspire and finally earn the Hyrox podium!

Go-to hype song

"Where you are" - John Summit

Guilty pleasure

Eating a load of nuts and going absolutely nuts, lol!

We can't wait to ride with Kiwi!
