Keep reading to find out everything else that you need to know about Inspire's latest instructor!

Sophia, tell us a little bit about you!

Well... I'm 22 years old and I love fitness! I graduated from the University of Queensland with a dual degree in Sports Science and Media Communications. Outside of the fitness industry, I have my own Creative Digital & PR agency called Mōdiv Agency. We do graphic design, campaigns, copywriting, and events.

Describe yourself in three words.

Energetic. Genuine. Strong Willed.

Have you instructed group fitness before?

I've been a group fitness instructor for the last six years teaching both mat and reformer pilates, boxing, run club, and spin. On top of all that, I am also a qualified PT and have worked in that area in the past.

What's your favourite type of Inspire class?

Definitely the Hour of Power for a couple of reasons! I feel like you get the “full shebang” and you are able to target your whole body in the hour class. You can also really push your endurance while maintaining resistance.

How did you get into cycle? Also, specifically, how did you get into cycle at Inspire?

I have a love for music, rhythm and beats and I am obsessed with fitness, so for me spin combined these two loves. I started my spin journey at another studio and heard about Inspire through a friend. Since I joined the Inspire army I haven't looked back. OBSESSED.

What is it that you love about the Inspire community?

Everyone at Inspire is there to work and have fun. Every client is unapologetically themselves in Inspire classes which encourages other people to bring out their inner self and work hard.

What style of music do you usually gravitate towards?

I LOVE RnB (Eminem is my side hustle favourite 😂).

What does success look like to you?

Success to me is confidence in every aspect of my life. Being confident in who I am, what I can deliver, how I can help and guide people into making them the most proud version of themselves. I strive to be confident enough to be proud of myself and keep going even when things are tough. If I am confident I am able to carry that energy and pass it onto others to make them empowered also.

Okay, time for some fun questions!

Who is your favourite artist of all time?

Athleisure of dressing up?

My favourite outfit is a combo really!

Black Align LULULEMON tights with my Golden Gooses’s, gold jewellery, fresh blow-dry and curls, a designer T-shirt and a cute bag.

What is your favourite song of all time?

The Real Slim Shady.

Favourite time of day to workout

5am classes! Early bird gets the worm.

What are your hobbies?

Surfing (or anything to do with the ocean), guitar and dancing anywhere and everywhere... even if there’s no music playing 😂.

Next place to travel on your bucket list?

What will be your first theme class?

First theme class will be the RnB Rap God’s!
