OUR 2023 TREND PREDICTIONS

Inspire's extensive 'ins' list for all things wellness, fitness and fun ✨

We've had a couple of weeks to settle into 2023 now, and we think we have a pretty good idea of what is going to dominate our social and wellness spaces over the next year!

This includes everything from the types of activewear you're going to love, to the best garnishing's for mocktails.

See our predictions below!

Water Bottles (que emotional support check)

We know this was one of the biggest trends to take over in 2022, particularly in the wellness space, but we predict that this one definitely won't be going anywhere in 2023!

Hydration is key both in and out of the studio, so that you can be your best glowing self..... and we are here for it!

Here are our must have water bottles and accessories:

Super Comfy Buttery Fabrics

This one applies for all types of clothing; activewear, casual wear and streetwear (not to mention pyjamas!). If it's not comfy forget it 🚫.

What we love? Nimble Activewear's 'Studio Luxe' range, and Lululemon's 'Align' range:

At-Home Mocktails and Cocktails

Pintrest's 2023 Forecast report saw a 220% increase in key words related to 'Fancy non-alcoholic drinks', a 225% increase in 'Cocktail garnish ideas' and a 75% increase in 'mocktail bar'.

We predict that this year is going to be all about getting creative with at-home cocktail and mocktail nights. We're talking fancy salt rims (hello Margs), edible flowers and coconut flakes - anything you can think of to make your drink of choice fancy and delicious 🥥.

This mocktail recipe from Jessica Nguyen is a crowd pleaser!

  • 60ml of Four Pillars Bloody Bandwagon Non Alcoholic Gin

  • 30ml lemon or lime juice (approx 1)

  • 15ml of simple syrup

  • 1 egg white or 6 drops of ‘Wonderfoam’ Cocktail Foamer (Vegan friendly)

  • 1 cup of ice

Prioritising sleep

This wellness trend is our number one pick for the biggest shift of 2023. Sleep is so important and it's no surprise that the wellness community is starting to pick up on all the other benefits associated with getting your Zzz's.

When you sleep right it promotes healthy brain function and memory retention; not to mention that sleep encourages physical recovery and increased mood throughout your day. We promise that you aren't missing out on anything, and that your last TikTok scroll (that turns into 15 scrolls) can wait!

Our favourite products to help promote sleep are below:

Small Daily Habits:

Forget the 75 Hard trend! We want to see people taking Inspiration from the 75 Soft Challenge (and no, this doesn't mean that you actually have to participate in this challenge!). However, something we want to take away from this popular TikTok trend is the promotion of small daily habits, which can be more realistic and maintainable, compared to the 75 hard which asks you to change a lot of things in your life, drastically, at one time.

These small habits could include things such as introducing a daily planner to help you stay organised, regular and consistent workouts (with rest days of course!), increasing your water intake, or reading 10 pages of a book/article that interests you daily.

So tell us, do you agree with our 2023 predictions? What do you think will be trending this year?
