TO EAT....
1. HAPPY BOY, FORTITUDE VALLEY
Located in the Valley, Happy Boy definitely has us beaming every time we leave the restaurant. Tara recommends grabbing friends or family and indulging in their banquet menu.... at only $45 a person, it's not worth missing out on the hype!
2. MESSINA, JAMES STREET
Even with winter well on the way, our visits to Messina aren't stopping anytime soon. Messina is our only one-stop shop for our late night sweet cravings!

For someone who is starting to read again, Verity is a great place to start! This book is an emotional rollercoaster that keeps you hooked from page to page. If thriller books are not your style, Hoover has a lot of romance novels that you can curl up with in the colder months!

1. VISIT KAREN'S DINER, CHERMSIDE

Karen's diner in Chermside was the funniest / weirdest experience ever.
If you haven't heard of it, it's basically a diner where you get the WORST service ever (the food was nice though)! Apparently it's a big TikTok thing...
The wait staff are so rude to you, and you can be rude back - it's an odd experience, but definitely a good place to take someone on a first date if you don't want to date them anymore 😂
Definitely an experience not worth missing!
2. SHOP FOR WINTER ESSENTIALS AT NIMBLE ACTIVEWEAR

Nimble is ready and waiting for you to stock up on their winter essentials! This seasons colour palette is to die for, and their jumpers are oh so cosy.
At the moment, we are particularly loving the oh snap pullover!
3. NOT MOVE TO MELBOURNE IN THE WINTER.... 😂
