From her debut as an Instructor, to her big move to Mackay, marriage, and now a baby—we’ve had the privilege of watching Steph move through some of life’s most incredible milestones.

Before she heads off on her next big adventure into motherhood, we sat her down for a quick Q&A to reflect on her Inspire journey, her favourite memories, and what she’s most looking forward to in this next chapter. From early morning rides to post-class coffees and lifelong friendships, Steph has been such a special part of the Inspire community, and we’re so excited to celebrate with her before she takes a well-deserved break.

What has this chapter of your life felt like?

Honestly, it’s been a little weird. Teaching and being part of this community has been such a big part of my identity for so long. But I’ve realised that every new chapter is possible because of the one before it, and I wouldn’t be stepping into motherhood as the person I am today without everything this place and all of you have given me.

What are you most looking forward to about becoming a girl mum?

Having my own little mini-me and built-in bestie 🎀. We even share a birthday, so she’ll be my Libra twin. I have such a great relationship with my mum, and I can’t wait to build that same bond with my daughter.

Your biggest pregnancy craving?

Oranges and lemons! I genuinely think I’ve been eating six a day. 😂

What’s your favourite Inspire memory?

I honestly can’t pick just one. There have been so many incredible rides, but the best thing that’s come from Inspire is the lifelong friendships I’ve made. Those are the people I’ll carry with me into this next chapter. But let’s be honest… my hens ride was definitely up there (IYKYK 🫧🔫) and getting the opportunity to collaborate with LSKD was pretty special too.

Is there anything you're going to really miss about being in the studio?

The catch-ups and coffees after class. The class never really ended when the ride finished, it always carried on through the day whenever I was back visiting. I’ll miss the energy of the room, the familiar faces, the laughs before and after class, and that feeling of everyone coming together for 45 minutes. Most of all, I’ll miss the people. The friendships and connections I’ve made here are what made it so much more than just a spin class 🥹.

What do you want to say to your riders?

Thank you for letting me be completely myself. For every laugh, every cheer, every challenge, every ride, and every early morning without you, none of this would have been possible. I’ll always be grateful for this community and for the memories we’ve created together.

When you do come back, what's the first song you want to ride to?

Let’s be honest… It'll probably be Daddy’s Home by Usher. 😏 See you in 2027 👀

The countdown is on (don't worry we are crying too 😭). Steph will be teaching her final classes this weekend on Saturday 20th June at 7am and Sunday 21st June at 9am.
