5 REASONS WHY WORKING OUT WITH A FRIEND IS BETTER

GRAB A FRIEND AND GET MOVING!

 

We're firm believers that there is nothing better than moving with a friend! Whether you bring a friend along to the studio, or have met some new friends at a class, Inspire friends are the best friends.


Here's 5 reasons why you should grab a friend and get to class...


1. NO MORE SKIPPING CLASS



Even better than a blaring alarm, there's nothing like the pressure of your best friend beeping their horn from your driveway at 5am to get you out of bed. Working out with a friend means no more skipping class and no more running late - you're both keeping each other accountable! You'll be all the more thankful for your bestie when Scott doesn't have to call you out for strolling into the 5:30am class 5 minutes late 😂 (or sleeping in all together - especially after making a song request!).



2. POST CLASS COFFEE DATES


The best thing about having a workout buddy sometimes isn't the workout itself, but the post workout coffee date (that takes place almost every morning). It's the perfect opportunity to catch up and squeeze in some extra social time throughout the work week.


More of a night owl? Who's saying no to post workout drinks..... definitely not us! There's no better feeling than going out with a friend on Friday night knowing that you've both already squeezed in your workout. Don't worry, we'll welcome you with open arms in the morning if you're brave enough to brace another class hungover (we've all been there 😉).



3. SOMEONE TO CELEBRATE THE WINS WITH


We know it might sound a little silly, but celebrating the wins, big and small, is important! It might be something as simple as moving from small y-bells to medium ones in Boxing class, or finally holding a whole 30 second sprint!


Yes... even making it to class on time after a string of mornings where you were running late counts.

Whatever it is, your friend understands all the early mornings, no motivation days and slumps that you overcame to achieve that personal best! They'll want to celebrate your wins just as much as you!



4. YOU'LL PUSH YOURSELF TO WORK HARDER


We've all got a competitive side in us, don't deny it!


A friend can bring out your competitive side and push you to work a little harder 💪.


If you look over at your friend during class and they are holding that super long jog that you were tempted to sit down in (IYKYK 😅), you're going to be more inclined to stay out of the saddle and take it home with them.




5. BRING A FRIEND AND SWEAT FOR FREE!


Fit Friends is back! Bring a new friend in to sweat with you at the studio in August, and you'll both score a free class.


We call that a win-win! How does it work?


Simply bring a new friend* along with you to Inspire and let the front desk know - we will add a free class to both of your accounts! Your friend can sign up online, through our Inspire app or at the reception desk. T&C's apply.


*Friend must be a first time visitor to the studio to claim the free class. Promotion runs from August 1 - August 31st 2022.
