Tell us a bit about your fitness background and how you found us here at Inspire!
I’ve always loved anything active and honestly I’m happy to give almost anything a go at least twice! Growing up I played netball, gymnastics, Little Athletics, AFL and the list goes on - if there was a sport available, I was probably doing it.
I love hyping people up, bringing the energy and making sure everyone feels welcomed and empowered. I’m also extremely competitive (do not ask me to play dodgeball!). I started doing pilates in high school and instantly became addicted. I loved that it made me feel strong, flexible and connected with my body. Things snowballed from there, and here I am pursuing my passion full-time!
What’s one thing we might be surprised to learn about you?
Despite my fear of heights, I’m an avid rock climber and I’ve been sky diving once or twice. You won’t catch me looking down though!
What can we expect from a ✨ Laura class ✨?
Think of your standard Pilates class… then add a whole lot more energy. Expect seamless flows from one movement to the next, a great playlist and plenty of motivation. My goal is for you to feel challenged, supported and leave class feeling stronger than when you walked in.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by my friends and the people around me who show up, work hard and support each other.
What do you love about Inspire?
I’m a lover of music and a good party, so when I found out you could basically rave while working out, I was sold! It’s literally the best of both worlds. Exercise is so important, but it shouldn’t feel boring or like a chore - it should be something you actually look forward to. Inspire fills my cup every time I work out.
Best piece of advice you’ve received on your fitness journey?
Try absolutely everything and stick with what you genuinely enjoy. When you love what you’re doing, consistency becomes easy.

Evening.
A goal for 2026?
Pursue my passion for Pilates, run a half marathon and get my scuba licence, because why not do it all!
